POUND® is designed for all fitness levels and is easy to modify. It is a cardio jam session inspired by the energizing fun of playing the drums. Become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Each song creates fat-burning sequences. Drumming builds timing, coordination, speed, endurance, and musicality. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
