Level 5 - Stroke Refinement (Ages: 5+)

Objective: Improve swimming skills, learn to swim with refined strokes and increased endurance.

Requirements: Students entering this level must possess a Level 4 certificate or demonstrate all the Level 4 skills on day one of class.

Skills Taught: Shallow dive, Head-first surface dive, Tread water-5 mins, using legs only-2 min, Front crawl and elementary backstroke, 50 yd. each, Back crawl, breaststroke, butterfly and sidestroke, 25 yd. each

Course format: Classes run 30 minutes with 6 students per instructor
