Abs, Core, and More ****New Class
Abs, Core, and More is a fusion class incorporating pilates, yoga, core mat work, and functional mobility routines. These exercises will help improve stability, posture, flexibility and target the deep abdominal muscles. These routines will focus on strengthening the entire midsection which include abs, back, glutes, and hips. Participants will perform standing, prone, and supine mat work including exercises like crunches, planks, leg lifts, and bridges.
