Learn Cursive Writing
Cursive writing is a style of handwriting in which the letters are connected to one another in a flowing manner, rather than being written separately like print letters.
Students in grades 5–8 often learn cursive to:
- Write more quickly and smoothly.
- Improve handwriting skills.
- Read historical documents, letters, and signatures written in cursive.
- Develop fine motor control and hand coordination.
