Somerset: Character Kids Theater Class (Grades: 1-4)
Love to sing, dance, and act? Join us for a fun-filled theater class where you’ll play creative drama games, learn songs and choreography from musicals, and act out a short script. Each session is different, so new and returning students are always welcome! Along the way, you’ll build confidence, use your imagination, and make new friends while developing important stage skills. Families are invited to a showcase on the last day of class!

Dana Strothenke is the Education Manager for Character Kids, which provides after school theater classes and summer theater camps to elementary schools throughout the Twin Cities. In our classes, students learn the basics of acting, singing, and musical theater dance while playing theater games and having a lot of fun! Our classes are taught by local professional theater artists who create a safe and encouraging atmosphere for students to build character onstage and off!
