Japanese Udon Noodles from Scratch (Online)

Udon noodles are thick and chewy made from wheat flour and mainly used in Japanese cuisine. We’ll start with making the noodle dough from scratch and turning it into udon noodles. We will serve udon two ways: udon noodle soup and abura udon with chicken. We’ll talk about types of flour and techniques that make noodles different. Options are available for vegetarian, vegan, and meat.
