The Pavek Broadcast Museum. This is a self-guided experience, with over 12,000 square feet of antique radios, televisions, and broadcast equipment.  The bulk of the inventory is the original Joe Pavek collection.  In 1984, Earl Bakken, the co-founder of Medtronic and the inventor of the wearable pacemaker, stepped in to help retain the collection.  In 1988 Joe Pavek, Earl Bakken and Paul Hedberg of the Minnesota Broadcasters Association formed a non-profit organization to make these treasures available to the public.  Visitors can play the original 1929 RCA Theremin, tune an early 1920s radio or for a nickel, play a record on one of Wurlitzer’s first jukeboxes
