You can register for all 3 classes or just 1 week.

Week 1: Fall Cookies!

Students will master working with rolled fondant, royal icing, and festive sprinkles to decorate 8 fall-themed cookies to take home and show off.

Week 2: Fall Cupcakes!

Students will dress up a delicious batch of 8 cupcakes with fall colors and textures, ready to box up and take home to share with family and friends.

Week 3: Autumn Cake Centerpiece

Students will learn professional decorating techniques to build your very own 8-inch turkey cake. You will take home a fully decorated, show-stopping cake that is perfect for any autumn gathering.

**All cookies, cupcakes and cakes will be baked prior to class--students will be decorating the bakery items.

Diana is a professional cake decorator and has been decorating cakes for over 35 years and is a Certified Wilton Instructor. She has been teaching for over 16 years at many different venues teaching thousands of students the art of cake, cupcake and cookie decorating. With her continued training she has all the latest decorating skills including, fondant cakes and gum paste flowers.
