Track & Field
Ready, set, go! Our Track & Field camp introduces athletes to sprinting, javelin throwing, shotput, relay running, jumping, and distance running. We emphasize proper form and technique, with timed events to track progress. It’s a fantastic way to boost overall athletic performance and speed. What to bring: Water bottle and athletic shoes.
