Connect with other parents and enjoy quality time with your new baby! Spend the class engaged in sensory and movement activities, and a discussion led by a licensed parent educator. Discover insights into your baby’s growth and development, learn about fostering healthy eating and sleeping habits, and explore research on your baby’s first experiences. Choose the time that best fits your schedule. Baby & Me classes are free and parents can begin attending any time during the year. Sibling care is available for the Thursday class.
