Parenting doesn't come with a manuel--but you can become the kind of parent who doesn't need one.  The unshakable Parent is a supportive, practical, and inspiring class for parents and caregivers raising children birth to age 5.

In this mixed-ages ECFE course, we'll explore what it means to parent from a grounded, resilient place--regardless of your child's age or temperament.  You'll learn how to:

* Respond (not react) to challenging behavior

* Set clear, healthy boundaries with warmth and confidence

* Strengthen connection and trust with your child

* Handle tantrums, big  emotions, and power struggles with calm

* Stay steady and present--even when parenting feels overwhelming

Whether you're navigating toddler meltdowns or preschool sass, this class offers toos and insights to help you become the calm, connected, and confident parent your child needs at every stage.
