Parenting doesn’t have to mean losing yourself. In the first 7 weeks of this course, we will focus on YOU—self-care, hobbies, interests, & understanding your personality and how it fits with your child’s temperament. In the next 7 weeks, we'll focus on how you can help your child become more independent while still feeling safe & supported. You’ll learn what research says about confidence, resilience, & healthy risk-taking. You’ll get tools to manage your own worries so you can help your child grow with calm and confidence.
