Separating class for 2 to 5 years,  with a goal to teach Conscious Discipline techniques to help parents feel more confident in handling challenging behavior.

Increase parent awareness in children, teaching them self-calming, being able to express feelings, resovle conflict

Strengthen parent-child relationship (more connection, less power struggles)

Reduce use of punishment/coercion; increase more positive discipline tools

Create a supportive community of parents for shared learning and support
