In the flood of parenting advice coming at us every day from social media and influencers, it can sometimes be easy to lose sight of the way we want to parent our own children. This class gives caregivers an opportunity to learn what trusted research says, reflect on their own parenting approach through guilded discussion with other adults, and gain confidence in setting limits, using practical strategies in real life situations, and strenthening loving connections with their child in a safe and encouraging space.
