Join a supportive community of parents for shared learning and support as you learn techniques from the Conscious Discipline method. Increase your awareness of your child's brain state, help them identify feelings and self-calm, and resolve conflicts. Conscious Discipline can help you reduce the use of punishment or coercion, and strengthen the parent-child relationship - more connection, fewer power struggles! Come add a few new techniques to your toolbox of positive parenting skills.
