ACT Prep CourseSecondary (Grades 6-12)This in-person class provides an introduction to the ACT format, strategies for answering questions and instruction for the specific subject areas tested. Focal points of the program include diagnostic testing, vocabulary development, intensive mathematical review, reading comprehension improvement, and anxiety and time management. Students who complete a course may repeat it as often as they wish in future offerings – free of charge. All class materials are included in the tuition fee. ACT Prep Online Self-Paced courseSecondary (Grades 6-12)This course is perfect for any student unable to attend in-school classes or a student preferring to prepare for the ACT exam on their own and at their desired pace. Online students prep for the ACT at their own pace and around their busy schedules. Instruction is pre-recorded and provided online via videos and slides. Students may access this course at any time and as often as needed. Please note that links to the online course are sent out once per week. Please allow one week to receive the information. Advantage ACT Prep Course - Virtual with Live InstructorSecondary (Grades 6-12)Virtual ACT Prep Class - Live Instructor This course is an excellent alternative for any student unable to attend an in-school class, but still prefers the interaction with one of the Advantage Educational Programs' instructors. The Virtual ACT Prep Course is the same as the In-School ACT Prep Course, but from the comfort of your own home. The instructors teach live via virtual classroom and are available to answer questions if needed. You will need an internet connection and a computer/tablet/smart phone. Instructions will be sent to you via email a few days before the course begins. Please make sure your email is entered correctly when registering, you will be asked to enter the email you wish to receive the course information. Middle School Stomp Cheer TeamSecondary (Grades 6-12)Stomp, also known as Step, is a high-energy form of dance and cheer where the body becomes the instrument—creating rhythms, sounds, and cheers through movement. The Middle School Stomp Cheer Team is open to students in grades 6–8 who want to bring spirit and energy to their school community. Team members will learn routines and cheers that may be performed at home middle school football, volleyball, and basketball games, as well as at a special showcase for friends and family.
