About ECFE - ISD 199 (Inver Grove Heights)
Registration for ECFE Fall classes opens August 11, 2025. Enrollment will be finalized in a lottery on August 27. Why a lottery? This helps to ensure everyone gets in at least one class. After August 27, you may enroll in additional classes. Baby & Me and Pop In & Play are not included in the lottery.
