Winter-Spring class registration starts on January 8th. Class placements (by lottery if needed) start on Monday, January 12th. ECFE is a program that offers parents and their children from birth to prekindergarten opportunities to grow and learn together in a supportive, stimulating environment. ECFE also supports families in learning to find time for one another, having fun together, being proud of who they are and knowing they are not alone!

Registration for ECFE Fall classes opens August 11, 2025. Enrollment will be finalized in a lottery on August 27. Why a lottery? This helps to ensure everyone gets in at least one class. After August 27, you may enroll in additional classes. Baby & Me and Pop In & Play are not included in the lottery. If you have trouble registering, please call 651-306-7503. Children learn and develop more in the first five years than they do at any other time in their lives and most of this learning takes place in the home environment. For this reason, Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) includes young children and parents. Classes are designed for parents and children, birth to kindergarten enrollment.
