Four Famous Ethnic Cookies
Learn to make traditional Scandinavian and European cookies including Krumkakes, Italian Pizzelles, Swedish Sandbakkelse, and delicate fried Rosettes dusted with confectioners’ sugar. Discover recipes, tips, and techniques to help make your baking a success. Participants will make and take home a variety of treats, so please bring containers. A $15 food fee is due to the instructor at class.

Laurel Severson is a home economist with over 17 years of experience in commercial food service, recipe testing and editing. She lived in England for several years, is an avid cookbook collector and teaches community education classes for a variety of metro school districts.
