Beginning in the 1690s, food in the U.S. Deep South was influenced by settlers from France, Germany, and Spain, along with contributions from Senegal, Africa, Cuba, and Nova Scotia. Create a memorable meal featuring Crab Dip, Cheese Straws, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice, Buttermilk Biscuits, Cheese Grits, Pecan Praline Candy, and Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce. A $17 fee is due to the instructor.
