Phyllo Pastry-Appetizers, Main Dishes, Desserts

We will prepare an assortment of appetizers, main dishes and dessert all made with this amazing pastry dough. We’ll begin by preparing Phyllo Lisses. Then hot, puffy, feta cheese triangles. Main dishes can use chicken and a vegetable highlight. Of course, no class on phyllo would be complete without Baklava. A $16 food fee is due to the instructor at class.
