It's a technique that uses poles to drive you along as you walk. Long poles keep the muscles in your body engaged, transforming a regular walk into a more intensive, full body workout. Research shows Nordic walking gives you a bigger fat burn and unique health benefits, like improved back posture. Instructor provides instruction on technique. Vendor registration closes June 8, 2026 and is required. There is no fee to register, instead, a contribution of 10% of your sales is required, which will be capped at $25. This will be allocated at the end of the market. Food sales are not allowed. Vendors must be able to lift, unload, haul and reload your own wares. Must sign or verbally consent to vendor agreement. Set up time is 7:15-8:45 am

This class is focused on providing information about community members who practice Islam. Class covers the basic Islamic belief system and educates about commonalities and differences. It is geared toward honest discussion with ample time for Q & A. There is often curiosity about the lifestyle of Muslims but no platform to ask and learn. This class strives to fill that gap. Importance of family and community will be towards the end of the day and light food will be served. Bring your own beverage.

Homestyle Korean cooking is full of vegetables. You can also adjust the heat level at home. In this online interactive class, we will make popular delicious chicken bulgogi bibimbap, a rice bowl with chicken bulgogi, seasoned spinach, cucumber salad, kimchi, egg, and delicious sauce. We will finish the class with spiced peach dessert.
