Class covers the basic Islamic belief system and commonalities and differences. It is geared toward honest discussion with time for Q & A. There is often curiosity about the lifestyle of Muslims but no platform to ask and learn. The importance of family and community will be discussed and light food will be served. We will walk through an actual Minnesota Probate Estate from filing the application for Probate to the final accounts and everything in between. Participants will learn the entire process with current forms, court and filing requirements, accounting steps, and procedures for sale and distribution of estate assets. We will discuss roles, responsibilities, and liabilities of an Executor/Personal Representative. Class includes real-life examples and encourages questions.

Mah Jongg is a rummy-like game played with tiles rather than cards. The game originated in China. There are many versions, but at TPAC, we play American Mah Jongg. Enjoy learning strategies, that luck is an aspect of every game and have fun playing with new friends. Space is limited. This group is for people who know how to play. There is no instructor. Applications for the 2026 Makers Market are now being accepted. The Makers Market celebrates local artists and small businesses, providing an opportunity to connect with community members while getting a head start on shopping for unique holiday gifts. All proceeds from vendor registration fees support District 197 family programs, which bring low-cost enrichment and learning opportunities to our district. The 2026 Makers Market will take place on Sat. Nov 14 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Two Rivers High School. Registration and payment receipt does not guarantee approval to participate. All applications will be reviewed first. If you are approved as a vendor, you will receive an email verification with a welcome letter and next steps. Once approved as a vendor, registration fees are nonrefundable. Due to an increased number of applications, we will be sending out acceptance or denial letters by the beginning of August. Vendor booth locations are determined by the number of participants, type of product and electrical needs. Requests for specific locations will be taken into account. If your application is denied, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee along with an explanation of why it was denied.
