Guided Reflection CircleCreative ArtsLearn to hear what is in the silence of your heart. Personal reflection on a selected reading combines with optional group sharing to help you see who you are, what you value, how you interact with the world. The personal reflection will be on a poem, essay, book excerpt, or a few quotes around a common theme. Most people write during this time; some prefer to let the words sink in by reading them over and over or sitting with them in silence; some draw.
